Renovations Are Underway at Our New Oconomowoc Campus

We’re excited to share that renovations have officially begun on the future home of CenterPointe Marine Lake Country!

In early 2027, we’ll be relocating our Pewaukee dealership to a significantly larger campus at 520 W. 2nd Street in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. This move marks an exciting new chapter for CenterPointe Marine—and, most importantly, will allow us to provide an even better experience for our Lake Country boating customers.

More Space. More Boats. Better Service.

Our new Oconomowoc campus is being designed with our customers in mind. The larger facility will give us more room for new and pre-owned boat inventory, expanded service and parts operations, and significantly more boat storage—all in one convenient Lake Country location.

When renovations are complete, the new campus will feature:

• 70,000 square feet of indoor boat storage
• 40,000 square feet of outdoor boat storage
• 12,500 square feet of showroom space
• 20,000 square feet dedicated to service, parts and our pro shop
• Dedicated drive-through service and detail bays

For our customers, that means a larger selection of boats to explore, more capacity to service and care for your boat, expanded storage options, and a more convenient experience from sales through service.

Conveniently Located in the Heart of Lake Country

Our new home at 520 W. 2nd Street in Oconomowoc puts CenterPointe Marine along Highway 16, one of the main gateways through Lake Country.

The campus is just minutes from I-94, Pabst Farms, area boat launches, shopping, dining and other local amenities, making it a convenient destination whether you’re shopping for your next boat, dropping off for service, picking up parts or visiting our pro shop.

We’re transforming the former Silgan Containers property into a modern marine dealership and boating destination.

Renovations are now underway with our construction partner, Anderson Ashton Design Build. The project will dramatically update the property while giving our team the space and resources needed to continue serving Lake Country’s boating community for years to come.

What Happens to Our Pewaukee Location?

It’s business as usual in Pewaukee while construction continues.

Our current CenterPointe Marine Lake Country dealership will remain open and continue providing sales, service, parts and support throughout the transition. We expect to begin operating from our new Oconomowoc campus in early 2027. 

As we get closer to the move, we’ll share additional information about the transition, opening dates and our Grand Opening Celebration.
